I used the bay that has the brushes and was very pleased. The rinse and wax looks great. Yeah, it didn't get into every nook and cranny, it's a $9 car wash not a detail joint. Adjust your expectations accordingly.
UPDATE: Thank you for the response (from the owner). They have fixed the vacuum machines so I have upgraded my response to 4 Stars.
In all this is a convenient wash and relatively cheap but with no one on staff and the quality of the machinery one has to wonder why isn't everyone with a decent bank account opening one of these Cash Cows with little to no ongoing expenses.
The car wash is decent over all... There is only one stall with brushes and the rest don't touch your car. Almost like one of those 'aura massages' that charge a ridiculous price to make you think you received a great service. In addition, for as high tech as the wash is, the vacuum machines are awful. The first stall has no suction so I threw away the nozzle to help the next patron avoid the frustration. The next stall I arrived at only began to work after I pounded the machine several times. Furthermore, the hose will not reach around your car.
RE: Jordan Creek location. I used the brushless Platinum wash yesterday and regretfully would not recommend it. My back bumper looked exaclty the same as before I entered the wash, dirty. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this is not a quality brushless wash. I've used numerous brushless washes and this one is definitely not worth $11. And...after a conversation with my wife, who referred me to this wash and thought it was "ok", I thought maybe I should give it another try. So today, the very next day, no driving mind you, I give it another try. I used the discount count code on the Platinum wash again. My car is no cleaner today than after yesterday's wash. Now granted no one knows me so my opinion really carries very little weight but I am telling the truth and would be willing to look anyone in eye face to face and give the very same description. I brought my own interior cleaning supplies and when I cleaned the outside surface of my glass sunroof the paper towel reflected a black shape of my hand. I was shocked. Really? Wow. I don't even know what to say. I see that the owner offers the disappointed customers a free wash. Why? Why would I take another non-wash? What's the point? How about, I'll buy you a quality wash at a place that really offers a quality wash for $11. I'm not absolutely sure there is one but I'll bet they know who offers real value. I'll find one eventually. Again, I'm not out to berate but my money and time are just as valuable as this owner's and I'd be willing to bet that when they spend their money they expect a fair return.
Great car wash. Will go again!
If your car is more than dusty you are going to leave feeling ripped off.
The under carriage wash is really short.
