Went to return two bras & a sports pants today and the girl asked for my ID. I only had my passport on me and she looked at me crazy. Umm a passport is issued by the FEDERAL government. I said your reciepts say you accept it. She said okay sorry. Then she's trying to type my info into their scanner thing and her manager (really thin w/ dark hair and overly tanned skin) comes to assist. While she's doing that she looks at my reciept & ask where I bought the gift cards from. She said we can't accept your return because we weren't supposed to let you use these gift cards. Slshe was super snotty and basically acted like I'm a thief!! I didn't argue with her. I said okay & called customer relations. The girl I spoke w/ said that's she's a liar! So I got back in line and got her co worker. I said they'd like to speak with you. Whatever customer relations said worked but that rep was also looking at my passport crazy! Then when I went back to get my new items I turned around and the new worker and the one on the verge of skin cancer were staring at me talking crap.. Can someone explain what I did wrong? After I finished checking out the rude rep w/ skin cancer was like happy Mother's Day! Umm how do you even know if I have kids? Very rude and unpleasant experience! I'll never visit that store ever again!!!
The third room needs a good dusting on all the fixtures.
I went in today to do a return/ exchange and I was greeted by an associate named Pam, Pam was so helpful and knowledgeable that I was very confident (this was my 4th attempt due to being improperly fitted) I proceeded to the check out when the cashier tried to do what I asked, she needed her manager to complete the transaction, so the manager, Amy, was rude, disrespectful, and treated me with no dignity as a customer nor as a person. I use to love this location but after my experience today I will not be returning to this location, the associate Pam earned these stars, not the management
Me and my Daughter's were shopping here on Friday this lady with a bad orange tan was very pushy so she became upset called security told them I was stealing and after I paid for my stuff a security officer came. So i exit the store to find 4 security officers watching me but nevet apporached me.Then I go outside theres one in car and one on Foot that Orange lady cause all of that Nonsense all because I'm black. My Daughter's were crying and upset. I don't know anyone who would even want to steal out of That place the clothes are cheap. I did stop and ask the Security officer did he wanna search my car my bags and he refused. They knew that wasn't right. But This VS is the must uppity place I've ever been too. Also why would I steal from these guys when I was hired on there but never started to work. Theres not too many people that look like me and she knows me by name every time I come in there
