I came in looking for black and white checkerboard slip on Vans in a half size, which they not only had (half sizes are hard to find in certain areas and I don't like ordering online when I go to a brick and mortar store), but each of the employees were very helpful and attentive to their customers. In particular the cashier. She knew a lot about the products, and the shoes I was purchasing, and described an overview of what to expect for short and long term wear and how they'll go over time, as well as recommending what to do with sizing options from the point of view of initial wear to having them for a while. I would absolutely come here again next time I'm in the market for Vans of any kind.
I ordered a 40in Goldcoast Longboard from Zumiez online (Fort worth Texas). It came in a box that was 1 a foot and a half longer than the board and didn't have any packaging. My box had holes in it and board was chipped on both sides. This "new" board also had used wheels and should not have been shipped. I took my board back in and exchanged it with a 42in Arbor Longboard online (Gainesville Florida). My board was shipped to my house in a similar box, too long and no packing paper. This board was warped and had tons of scratches on the bottom... definitely should not have been sold. I took this board back to the store to be exchanged and thought I had everything worked out. Zumiez was going to order me the same board and call me when it arrived at the store. About a week later I attempted to call the store 5 different days and nobody answered. I called the Zumiez customer care and finally received some decent help. Because of my call to Zumiez customer care, I was able to get the Jordan Creek Zumiez's phones fixed after being down for at least 5 days. They finally called me back and said that the board had been in their store for over a week and that they were "sorry" nobody called me. To finish it all off, when I took my 2nd board back to get my 3rd board, the 3rd board was all faded and must have been sitting in a window for some time.

In summary, I've learned my lesson not to order anything from Zumiez online. If you do order something online... don't expect anything with quality!
