I ordered 3 Hayes Tufted Barstools from Pottery Barn about 2 years ago. I paid over $700 for each barstool. They have each probably been sat in 10 times because of where they are located in our home. I was dusting one day and discovered all three of the barstools are coming apart at the seem. I called PB customer service and was totally given the run around. Apparently, after 1 year they really don't offer any repair, replacement or even a call back. So very disappointed. Don't buy PB furniture! Not worth the money! The photos are of my husband trying to fix my $700 junk chairs! Pottery Barn should be embarrassed!
