I really like their outdoor and garden section. Most of the time you can find what you need. I give it 3 stars because employees are not always helpful and it seems there is not enough people on the floor to provide good customer service.
People were very helpful and kind. Not busy at all in the evening. Cashier Michelle was excellent. Big smile and seemed to really care. Great visit.
My mother hired Lowes to re-do her kitchen and living room. New flooring, cabinets, paint, etc. which cost her 30k & then some. Contract stated the job would take up to 4 weeks, which was Oct 7.....we are now approaching 1 week before Christmas and her kitchen is still torn up, the contractor quit halfway through the job, did a half-ass cabinet installation job with no supervision, and now all his work has to be torn out and re-done in order for the flooring to be put in correctly. DO NOT use Lowes for home renovations, they don't care about their customers. Now instead of having a nice new kitchen for Christmas for the price she paid she gets to live out of her basement and bedroom for another several weeks while they make a feeble attempt at cleaning up their mess. PATHETIC example of customer service.
This Lowe's offers a good selection of items and the staff is great. However, several of the items I've purchased have been very low quality. I can not recommend their paint color matching either (see attached photo). I'll continue to shop here mostly because of their friendly employees. If that ever changes, I will probably find somewhere else to shop.
Update: As of 12/22 they've now pushed completion date out to 1/12/18....14 weeks for what they said was a 4 week job.
Very horrible customer service! Treated us like criminals when we wanted to return a damaged item. Will not go back to this location EVER! Got an attitude when asked to open the cabinet box since the one we returned is not even usable. Very nasty with us. Didn’t offer to help load the cabinets we purchased.
