My car was totaled by someone who had auto owners on 11/30/16. Here it is 1/09/17 and still have not had a resolution . Now I owe on a car I can't drive because they have yet to complete the process. The claim rep Zach never returns calls or emails, there is never a supervisor to speak with. It has been the worst experience! If you are searching for car insurance don't go here they have thee worst customer aervice. Not to mention I took a whole week to get me a rental, I had to ride around in a totaled unsafe car!
We had Auto Owners for our business had a very bad blizzard very high winds and the wind blew an access door open to a air handler and froze up the unit. The unit leaked in to a server room of the company causing 25,000.00 worth of damage. Auto owners denied the claim and stated the Blizzard was an act of God. There for our company was found liable from the business's company and we had to pay for damages of $25,000.00. I tried to call the supervisor of the adjuster he stated her decision was correct and that was final. Needless to say we changed Insurance carriers.
