How do you make decisions by just looking at the patients paperwork . You don't even physically examine the patients . Horrible service and its a shame that you can't get needed medical care even when you pay for it .
Had a visit in our home and 2 weeks later we still didn't have the review completed and our son was without services until they decided to finish this. Very disappointing as this effects people's lives!
