Driving west on I-80 today June 28, 2017 at mile marker 139 a solar truck tanker merged over into center lane when I was already merged before he did and was inches of taking my front right quarter panel off. Was doing 73 mph at time as truck had to be going faster up the hill towards east mixmaster. My wife called to complain and a few minutes later we noticed the truck was waning in the distance behind as the dispatcher told my wife they would talk with the driver, I would give 5 star to dispatch but a 1 star to driver
