Put in a mobile order at 9:59 and did not receive my drink until 11:15. Customers who came in after me and ordered at the counter that appeared to have a personal relationship with the baristas (first-name basis) received drinks before I did. I watched my drink bring made in it's entirety and it sat in the counter, lid off and getting cold, for about 2 minutes. I've never had a Starbucks experience this dissatisfying, and mobile ordering should not, and never has in my experience, worked this way.
My friend and I ordered at the same time and she got hers within 10 minutes. Waited 27 minutes for my drink, finally asked a barista if they were working on it or had forgot and she said they were making it now. Another barista handed me my drink and just said “here.” It was missing the lemonade, raspberry syrup and light ice that I had requested. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, I understand the wait but was disappointed in the lack of respect and customer service.
"Rude experience"--guessing this only could occur at this location, never ever has at any other Starbucks we've visited in the past 10 years.
Others were getting their drinks that ordered after us. We noticed a coffee cup that had been sitting behind the glass wall but waited for an employee to notice it. They never did. We asked who's it was and it was ours. It took 15 minutes to make it and sat behind the wall for 15 minutes. No apologies. No nothin. Not worth the time.
If you don't like your job, then work somewhere else. Don't give your customers your disgusting attitude. Rude and unprofessional. I just want my coffee.
