I recently abandoned pop and coffee, so looking for a good substitute other than just water... I went in cold knowing nothing, came out knowing everything I needed to get started, and a fair amount extra. Incredibly helpful staff educated me on all the ins and outs, let me try as many as I wanted, and never once tried to upsell me. I literally said I was fine spending whatever, but they kept the price down at every turn. I will definitely be making regular visits trying out all they have to offer. It's going to be my new Casey's/Starbucks for sure....

Love the free tea samples & have bought tea there. Very knowledge and helpful but a little expensive
I like the fact that they offer free samples. I'm really not into tea and don't understand how the tea business can be a sustainable one to be in. Like most people, I'll try the cold tea and never step foot inside the physical store. The staff is nice from my experience, but I've never made a purchase here.
Employees were very helpful especially Paige, she was able to describe and explain how to use the tea starter kit. Definitely recommend this store and location.
