Spent a wonderful morning at the spa today. I used gift cards given to me by family. Their gift cards never expire which is great for someone who rarely takes time to get pampered. Super great facial by Carol and a massage by Andrea. Friendly, knowledgeable and so sweet. I will be back.
I unfortunately had a bad experience at The Spa at West Glen. I went in to get my brows microbladed and could not be more disappointed. I do not like saying negative things about companies, but feel that if I would have found a review before I went in, I might have saved my $500+, so my goal is to save the next person. It is also hard because the staff was friendly, but the service was not great. What was done to my face was far from "microblading." Microblading should have a 'pattern' and create the brow where it is lacking. There was no pattern to the lines made on my brow. They were very random and did not add shape or structure to my brow at all. After the initial microblading appointment, I was so disappointed that I called and told them my concerns and that I did not want to go back under the knife for my "touch-up" because I had no confidence in the abilities. My face, or any client's face, is not a "trial and error" place. When I called and expressed my dissatisfaction and told the manager that I did not feel comfortable doing the touch-up, the manager assured me that they would make it right and to come in to my follow-up anyway. I went in and re-expressed my concerns and she was apologetic but absolutely nothing was offered/done to make it right. I would have liked a refund or even partial refund to at least be able to go somewhere else to get it corrected.
Received a gift certificate as a Christmas gift and misplaced it during a move. When I called to make an appointment and explain what had happened, the receptionist was quite rude and said there was absolutely nothing they could do. I know when the gift was purchased that an account had to be set up, and in turn it would be on file. The fact that she said "absolutely nothing" could be done was such a turn off and terrible customer service. I would not recommend going here to anyone.
This is the ONLY place I go in town when I am in need of pampering! The services are endless, the facility is top-notch, the staff is professional..and this is all overseen by the amazing, Dr. Heidi Shearer-Koch. Her professional & personal touch is felt during the entire experience. I will never go anywhere else...neither should you!!
I have had the best massages from Kelli!!, Andrea and Mallory but I know anyone I would go to would be amazing. Usually I come in to see Kelli for general relaxation and/or muscle release but recently I had an injury. I was able to get an appt scheduled quickly and the massage I received was more than amazing! Andrea spent her time, knowledge and her strength to bring my body back to feeling better!! The front desk has always been more than polite. I even left my wedding ring there and they made sure I got it back :). I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
