Great doctors! Very unfriendly receptionist staff! Dont remind you of a co payment so your bill goes up.. Jus figured my boyfriends insurance took care of it...new at taking a child to doc. Never were informative about anything! Need new reception staff ASAP!
I have been going to LV Pediatrics for nearly two years now and during that period I have consistently felt that the administrative staff (receptionists and the check out ladies) are unfriendly and somewhat unhelpful. They rarely greet you and when they do it is never with a smile. I recently asked a friend who also takes her baby to this office what she thought and she agreed that the front staff is unfriendly and that she continues to go there only because of her doctor which she loves. I share her feelings but find it harder and harder to take my daughter to visits as I feel mistreated and unappreciated as a client. I hope they can do something about those gals!
Kiley O is my Pediatrician and I love her! She takes the extra time to answer all my questions that I have, sees how my family is doing and is so kind and makes my baby smile! Reception Staff and all nurses are usually quick, helpful and nice as well! I highly recommend Kiley and Lakeview Pediatrics!
