My husband was here for 2 days first on 4th floor cardiac care and later in ICU before and after pacemaker insertion. We thought the nursing, techs and cath lab people were wonderfully kind and helpful. Food service was excellent. Special thanks to Mary the chaplain.
Saturday evening kidney stone. Mercy West Lakes ER got me in immediately, great assessment, great nurse, quick CT scan, terrific PA and back out quickly. They kept me comfortable & were very attentive to pain level. I feel very lucky to be close to Mercy West Lakes!
My experience with the staff, my heart surgeon, the food and especially the caring nurses was outstanding. I felt that the entire experience was made better by this group of individuals. They showed they cared about me and my family throughout my stay. No one wants to be in the hospital, however if hospitalization is required this is the place to be. Easily gets 5 stars from me

Returned to Hosp early morning re acute pain from Kidney Stone. Waited in lobby a few minutes to see if pain abated so I could wait until 7am for urgent care clinic instead of ER. Security guard was quite aggressive & called House Supv who was an RN and rude as well. Not a welcoming experience at all this time.
Here with my mother who had knee surgery. Awesome care. All staff have been wonderful!!! Food service and food is great. Staff is very prompt and polite. Dr. Mahoney excellent surgeon!! Couldn't ask for better care.
I had a swelling under my jaw that I thought may have been my tooth or my lymp nodes were swollen from my cold. I got in right away and got an antibiotic. Ended up being my tooth but I was treated very well, they took my insurance, and I was in and out in no time. Highly recommended.
