We had a sick and vomiting seven week old baby. After seeing the triage nurse we were told she would be called soon to see a doctor. ZERO people were waiting in waiting room. zero people in or out in an hour and 15 minutes??????!!!! Meanwhile our poor baby is puking in the empty waiting room. Do NOT go here for any kind of emergency care. They are NOT adequately staffed.
The only thing to work on.I was told in my instructions to be here 45 minutes but really needed to be here earlier to drink contrast
I was having a kidney stone attack. The pain was the worst i have ever experienced! They got me processed and to an er room very fast. Started me on pain medication, got a CT scan and diagnosis within 35 minutes. I was made comfortable and was home in about 4 hours. The PA and nursing staff were great! I hope to never see them again
My wife and I had our 1st child here. Best place in the DSM metro. The nurses, doctors, nurse assistants, room service, and chefs have all been amazing. Basically it is a hotel. 10/10. Also, they take baby pictures for you.
I had to come to the ER, then admitted last year and now my wife is here (ER then admitted). This hospital is the best I've ever seen. The administrators obviously treat the employees very well. They are all happy to be at work and because of that, the patient care is extraordinary.
