I found my order to be sub satisfactory for not being hot
This could very easily be my last time ever bringing my business to Papa John's
Me and a friend attempted to order a carry out order over the phone. The manager Sam answered and told us that we could not do carry out because she was busy. We asked if it could be delivered across the street to kum and go, she said yes. We waited at the kum and go and called to see when our order would be delivered. Sam told us it was done. We waited 12 minutes before calling again. We ended up having to pick up our order. Google says that carry out is from 10:15am to 11:25pm. When i attempted to go inside the door was locked. Sam opened the dooor for me and gave me my now lukewarm pizza. I tried to ask her why she lied to us by saying we could have it delivered across the street when we ordered but when it was 12 minutes after being finished we had to pick it up. Her response did not address my question at all, she told me that if my friend (who's name was on the order) had a problem, he could come in and say it to her face. I told Sam "he doesn't have a problem, i have a problem with your lack of customer service". Her response was an insult about my friend.
If googles quote of the carry out schedule is true, i believe that the door being locked is a violation of corporate policy
I would've said more but i could not bare to continue to be in the proximity of such a negative and belligerent character.
I was still charged a delivery fee even though i had to pick up my order

Little Cesar's may be cheap, maybe not as tasty, but at least they arent straight ass holes and their pizza is always hot
We ordered from app and the guy did delivery. He was very kind and friendly. The food was very tasty and good. Hot enough. Fast delivery.
They don't have respect towards customers. This is my first time I've ever faced this kind of extremely rude experience. The lady who is take over the orders( in register desk), she is too agreesive without any reason we just went there 30 minutes before closing time. We don't know her name, she charged for one topping pizza like $18.01 then we asked for red pepper, she threw those and said get out from here. I strongly recommend that don't ever go to that store. The helping desk guys are too much rude, they didn't have minimum sense regarding how to behave towards customers.
This Papa John's location made one of the best fast food pizzas I've ever eaten. I should have taken a picture of it, too, because it looked as good as they do in the commercials. My wife and I will definitely be ordering from this location again.
