If I'm in the mood for a sporting event, I guess a little noise shouldn't bother me. The food is very good, not terribly priced. This was a first visit for me; I'd recommend it for anyone not currently banning the NFL.
Wings aren't really that good. Just average. My last experience was poor. There were about 5 booths that had not been cleaned and they weren't that busy. Asked my server about the burgers and if they were pretty good. Her reply was "well the burgers take a long time so if you want your food fast I wouldn't order it." We waited 15 minutes for our table to be dry enough to put our hands down on it. Never got offered refills on our drinks which you would think is a top priority in a place that specializes in hot and spicy food. I'm not going back again. Too many other options with much better wings like The Chicken Coup.
Worst service we have ever received. The waitress, Amber, got our order wrong which would not have been a big deal. However, she took my fiance's food from him WHILE HE WAS EATING IT! Then took forever to bring his replacement dish. The final straw was when she brought our check before he had gotten his meal. The manager was very reasonable, and that was much appreciated. However, we won't be coming back.
The order wasn't right when it came out and they very quickly took care of it, and I ended up with more wings than I would have originally. So they definitely made it up, and they were very gracious in doing so. This was at the bar, I didn't catch the bartender's name, but he made a point of saying that they want you to come back.
Very well staffed , everyone was very polite and attentive and the food was excellent!
