Oatmeal Cookie Dough is by far the BEST ice cream I've ever tasted!!! It just sucks you need to sell an organ to buy a shake!
Service needs to be better. Girl behind the counter was getting off for the day after making my Fiancée and my ice cream. She tried to rush through making our treat and we had to correct her. At the register she handed me a receipt to sign and said "sign this quickly" and kept acting like she was ready to go. I understand the thrill of being off work for the day but you need to be more patient with your customers.
I worked here for only a couple months before I discovered that the owners steal tips from the employees. They prey on the high school kids who do not question authority. They make them go to meetings on Saturday mornings without pay, and they threaten to garnish employee wages for fines their business accrues. The owners are Not to be trusted. Parents do not let your kids work here and really, the ice cream isn't all that good. Take your business elsewhere, these folks don't deserve it.
I did not have a good experience here. The employee Melisa threw a spoon at me. The employee Grace messed up my smoothie and the second one was still mostly ice. Also when I asked if they could sing a song they protested angrily. The current coldstone is not the cold stone I remember.
Best prepared dessert in town! The kid size makes it's very affordable to take the family.
