Service terrible. Waited in long line to try to even place an order, when I got to the cash register, the cashier turned around and left without explaination. After about five minutes of being ignored I just left. I will not return.
People need to smile more, actually make eye contact with the customer, and use a pleasant tone of voice. I feel like a number when I'm here... just another sales stat to them. Not returning.
Good food but not worth 12 dollars a person for a salad half a sandwich and a small soup!
Icing on the cake: My most recent order was scheduled 2 hours in advance and delivered 1 hour late - COLD. This location is not quality.
Took over a half hour to get our food. The addition of quick order kiosks made things way worse. They don't have the food prep space and staffing to keep up with incoming orders.
Sometimes the phone number (listed here AND in their confirmation email) doesn't work (disconnected), while other times it gives you a fax machine noise! Either way you will not be getting ahold of them. Better cross your fingers your delivery doesn't have issues or you'll never be able to contact them to resolve it. This has happened to me multiple times here.
Don't bother calling. They'll also leave your food out to get cold and breed bacteria.
