I wish this would be a 5 star rating as it usually is when we go here. Our server Brenna was really rude the entire time of being there last night and brought out the wrong drinks and food the entire night. her attitude was really poor and she was rude. she thought she knew what we wanted instead of listening to us and got angry when we told her it was wrong. she then told my mom that she was wasting food and tried to make her feel bad. I am disappointed with the whole experience. also the lady who seamed to be the manager last night seamed to think it is funny to point and laugh at us most of the night. I usually eat here 1 to 2 times a month and spend over 200.00 with my family. I think its time to find somewhere else.
Good food. Waiters stop by often to see how you are doing and the wait isn't long at all. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
Went to Crab Shack last night. My husband and I were seated right away. Took few minutes to get drinks ordered. Food arrived in a timely manner. Waiter never came back to check on us. After waiting 20 minutes or so after finishing meal, manager finally came by and we asked for our ticket and a box. We waited another 15 minutes before walking up to manager and asking again for the bill. Also mentioned people at next table had not been waited on and sitting there for some time.
Food is amazingly magically delicious. Service is wonderful. I love this place!!!
Today my parents were in town and wanted to go somewhere fun and good for dinner. After a long day of just messing around we decided on joes crab shack. We were seated right away and got our drinks quickly. We decided to order 2 of the steam pots for 2. My wife and I split one and my parents split one. My parents had only been here once before and loved the crab and atmosphere. My wife and I enjoyed the crab and shrimp. I love the potatoes and the corn in the steam pot. It's always cooked just right and the corn always tastes fresh. Our server was on top of refills and made sure we had plenty of butter. We usually go to joes about once every other month. It's a bit expensive but it's always a good experience. We will be back for the crab and more.
