I just ordered a very expensive item online. The checkout was easy and it saved me an hour trip to Des Moines. I'm holding out for Five stars to wait and see if my merchandise gets here promptly and in one piece. If so, it will be a Five Star experience!

High quality with high prices. I only go to Dillards one time for intensive shopping. They have an annual deep sale every 1st day od the year, i.e., Jan. 1st. Don't miss this day and he there around 9AM.
I had never been to Dillard's before this incident. While trying on 2 dresses I had a employee bang on the door of the fitting room asking me to leave, threatening to unlock the door while I was still trying to get dressed and I was explaining to her that I didn't have my shirt on when she decided to unlock the door, I had no idea why she was acting that way towards me. Her excuse was that it was closing hour and that I couldn't be there anymore. The fitting room was filed with girls but I was the only one who was being escorted out. I had never been so humiliated at a store, of course I spoke to a manager before leaving but I wouldn't go back.
