The technical assistance was top notch!! I had a number of technical questions and the associate I spoke with had detailed suggestions that he even wrote down for me before he helped me make the right purchase. Very exceptional service
I went in around 6pm on a Monday. The place was clean and display items were all working. It took some time to find a computer associate, and there were 3 other groups of people just milling around waiting for laptop assistance with me. When I was able to speak with someone, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She understood my needs and didn't try to push the most expensive laptop. I will definitely be coming back for future tech needs.
I go here ALOT, and I have always had pretty good luck at this location. I came here for black Friday with my mom and it was crazy as you would expect but line was pretty quick. The reason I'm giving a one star is because as we were leaving they were checking receipts not a big deal, but then the guy literally took my mom's purse and started going through it. He didn't do this to anyone else, my mom has colored bright redish hair so I'm assuming he was judging her based on appearance. If a manager sees this is like to speak with you it is not okay to take someone's purse, unzip it and then proceed to move stuff around inside the bag. It is ILLEGAL.
Very high prices for the quality of products and service at this location. I would expect more from an electronics company so large. Waited about 15 minutes one day for an employee to finish with another customer, then he proceeded to help another customer after he agreed to help me next. I now refuse to buy anything from here. Just go the Amazon Prime route because this place isn't worth it.
I use their quick pick up feature often, and it is great! We also used them to purchase our cell phones and it was so much quicker than going to the store with great service!
