Amazing customer service with folks who really know their products and services! You will find friendly and helpful staff throughout THIS entire store! After being treated beyond poorly at the Sprint store on University in West Des Moines, my husband and I remained Sprint customers only because we talked to Mike B at this store. If you are looking for great service, someone who can and will share all of the options, kindness and patience, and a warm greeting upon entering the store then head to the Sprint store located at the Jordan Creek Mall! I am beyond confused about how two stores affiliated with the same parent company can be so drastically different in their philosophies of how to engage with the customer. Sprint should be thankful that Mike chooses to work for them as he understands the importance of good customer service! Thanks Mike we appreciate you more than you know!

Best customer service I have received from any phone company I have ever been with. Always answer questions I ask, have never talked down to me when I don't understand what they are explaining unlike their Ankeny store who seem to always be a little rude. Definitely my favorite location by far of all sprint stores. Very professional and helpful.
The worst customer service. The guy didn't even look at me and bearly answered my question. Apparently, it was more important to look at his computer screen than answering my questions..definitely, changed my mind to get the service
