I love Charming Charlie. They have so much cute stuff to look at that it's almost overwhelming, but in a good way. I don't know who "Charlie" is but I am probably helping to put his or her kids through college if he or she has any.

For the most part the staff is very nice but there have been a couple times I needed to return something and have been treated like a criminal. One time I didn't have my receipt from an online order but I had the invoice, the email confirm, and the credit card I bought it with and they were very rude and refused to give me a refund and gave me in store credit. Today I went to exchange a pair of sunglasses and the lady was very rude when I told her I decided they didn't fit properly. She just didn't even respond and gave me a dirty look. It does seem like it's always a hassle on their system to process a return but as a customer I still should not be treated so poorly for needing to return or exchange something.
6 people in line and no one else bothers to open another register. Pathetically slow service. Clothes are cheap and wear cheap. It's like a giant Claires store.
