We only went here because it was the only place which sold promise rings we liked, but it was regretful at best. Within 2 weeks, his ring had to be resized 3 times due to "diet changes" and "the weather" which somehow accounted for his finger changing 3 ring sizes. We suspect that they simply just measured his finger incorrectly but they wouldn't admit to it. They also messed up the engraving in which an 'R' was inscribed as a 'D' but wouldn't refund the incorrect engraving when we decided we'd just had enough. Mind you we live 50 minutes away and weren't offered it to be shipped to us until our final disappointing visit. Would never recommend this store to anyone.

Bought my promise ring here and went to them after diamond fell out of the side of my setting. They replaced and resized it at no cost to me and all I had to do was go in and sign a paper. Was also back in before they said it was. Very pleased with their service as well as their warranty. They now extended their warranty so they have lifetime coverage with no strings attached and they won't drop you if you don't come in every 6 months (though it is still recommended)! We are planning to go through them for our wedding bands!
I was missing a diamond in my engagement ring. Since the wedding bands were purchased there (not the engagement ring) I thought I would take it there to be fixed, since there was no warranty from the place my husband bought the engagement ring. When I brought it in, I was told it would take two weeks and be ready for pickup December 5th, since it’s the holidays it would take longer. It is now December 9th and I have no ring. I have called almost daily to inquire about it and each time I am given the run around saying it will be in that same day, but their jeweler hasn’t stopped by yet (which I am told could vary between 10am-9pm). I will not be taking my ring back to Rogers when I get it back and I will not be making any future purchases there.
