The check in went smoothly. Front desk staff is friendly. Breakfast selection was really good. Liked the gym equipment and the interactive workouts that are on them. Room was spacious and Stella our housekeeper was did a great job. We will be staying here again when we come back next year. Thanks Hyatt Place for being on Expedia
In a few years, this will be just another American McBrand. But this one opened in 2017! Very clean with a fine breakfast presentation. Try for a quieter corner room. Near Costco and lots of other McRetail.
Had to wait for keycards but rooms were nice. Wish there was a microwave though. Fitness center was really nice. Breakfast had a huge amount of food that made the cost of the hotel worth it. The things you get free from the gallery are basic neccessities but so nice to get for free.
Beautiful hotel. As soon as you walk in, it's a welcoming place. Our room was clean and just lovely. The breakfast was very good.
Very new hotel in West Des Moines, convenient to the freeway, but not so close that traffic noise bothers you. Attentive staff, clean and modern rooms, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water for showers. Surface parking lot. Close to a shopping mall, with a number of gas station/convenience stores nearby. Had the buffet breakfast and it was fairly decent.
