The food is great never have to wait to be seated. Service is awesome
The good was good. They took my favorite oriental chicken salad off the 2 for $20 menu. When they came to get our order, I told then we were considering other places to go because of it being taken off that part of the menu. The waitress came back and said the manager said it could still be one of the items for 2 for $20. Enjoyed meal!! They have redecorated to more of a sports bar/restaurant. I liked it better with the antiques and photos.
I was very disappointed with my service that I received tonight. Although our waitress, Jennifer, greeted us immediately, things went down hill after that. She laughed at my sister when she spilled water on herself, and made inappropriate and insulting remarks towards my sister thereafter. She has walked passed our table many times but never asked to refill our drinks. She was seen standing around and socializing with the bartenders who were eating (it was THAT slow), along with several other staff members, might I add. I noticed several times she glanced at our table but failed to ask how our food was (mediocre, by the way) and like I already said, did not ask about refills (food was dry so I was really thirsty.) I tried to get her attention but nothing worked, she simply looked and walked away as I opened my mouth to say her name. As we left, the hosts were on their phone with their back faced towards us, did not say have a good night or anything. I've been here several times and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I was really hoping for better service considering it was 9 pm and wasn't busy whatsoever, and there was up to 5 servers standing in a circle right next to us at one time. I will certainly not be returning.
No complaints with the good..it was great. Robin our waitress was a letdown though. She was much more concerned about her other 2 tables and only checked on us while she was picking up my wife's finished plate. I would understand if they were busy but it was 3 in the afternoon.
Great food. Although the drinks were much smaller than I expected. They brought me a $6 margarita in a long island iced tea class.
