She even brought me a complimentary sauce she thought I would like. She was right, it turned out to be my favorite.
We used to come here a lot. They must of been short staffed cause they were making making multiple parties as small as two people wait 15 mins to be seated. They were only using half the restaurant. When we were finally seated they hadn't bothered to wipe down that table first, when they had a dozen others empty and clean. I'm so disappointed in this place anymore and will be awhile before I return to give them an another chance.
Edited to add: I have now tried the "order online" feature, which was recommended to me last time my order took forever. I ordered long before the evening rush (around 4:30 on a weekday) and yet my order still took twice as long as it was supposed to and they forgot my drink. I'm done with this place.
I had a burger and my wife has chicken. Both were cooked perfectly.
First of all the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and were happy.
Even when it's not busy, to-go orders take 30-40 minutes and the bar is understaffed. I have tried this location several times as RR used to be my favorite restaurant, but I have not had a single positive experience.
I've heard good things about Red Robin, and finally had an opportunity to get there.
I was expecting a fast food place, but this was far from it.
W used to love Red Robin and would spend our birthday meals there but for years. Now, Red Robin has gone down hill. It feels like a Perkins restaurant since the remodel. The food is now served cold and slopped together. The management changed a while back and the quality food and service never been the same. The sidewalk outside had a large unprotected hole that people would trip on. It wasn't fixed for months. I haven't been back in several months now but I'm guessing it still isn't fixed.
I will definitely be back.
I loved Red Robin but we will not be going back anytime.
For the most part, the food is of good quality and there are few issues on that side. Service is either great or terrible depending on your server. It's a fairly clean place but they could do way better. I mean the men's room has had snots on the wall in front of the urinal for over a year. A three star is honestly a generous rating.
