Very poorly run and unprofessional location.
Last week took over 20 minutes to get a to go order just because I asked for extra red sauce on beef and cheddar, finally the person handing out orders took an old sandwich from sandwich rack(it had been there the whole time I was waiting and told sandwich maker to just put extra sauce on this one.
Plus during lunch rush time don't be working on how work schedule with in employees up front when orders are waiting to go out.
Is there truly a better ruben out there?
Today (Aug. 17,2017), cashier put in the name Michelle for my order so that they were telling g out Michelle when my order was ready, manager (tall male with a banana on his head)and staff thought it was funny....I didnt.
The seating area is very comfortable and updated. Thed new bourbon bbq brisket is incredibly good. The curly fries however are mostly small pieces. Very difficult to finish them.
Great food and friendly staff. I normally go to this location for lunch everyday. The staff are very attentive and seem to enjoy working there.
Great place for a quick not-a-hamburger meal. Recently redecorated quite nicely; the new benches are comfy! Only complaint was sound system was a *little* loud, for the size of the place.
