I’ve shopped Aldo Shoes here and at the The Plaza in Kansas City. I do love the shoes, boots and bags, I have approximately 25 pairs of their shoes, boots and sandals. Most are of good quality, I have a few pair that have pulled apart, two pairs after only wearing them a couple times and they won’t replace them. The store is very small but it’s organized. I wish I could remember the associates name, he has blonde hair.... he’s nice and the most helpful so for those disliking staff, I recommend you seek his help. Four stars, almost only went with three because of the poor quality of the mentioned shoes not being replaced and for encountering some rudeness. In addition, a friend only went in once with her pre-teen daughter and was not impressed with the unprofessional attire of a female associate so she won’t return or purchase anything from the store.
I have bought more than 5 pairs of shoes ever since I moved to Des Moines(this February). So I love it!!
Expensive and rude if you need to return unused merchandise a day after you bought it.
Very rude. Wouldn't help me, and got mad at me for just walking in the store.
